Chiller and Boiler retrofit to 8 Storey inner CBD hotel building the Holiday Inn on Flinders. Works included the decommissioning and removal of existing older and failing mechanical plant to upgrade with new 600kW air cooled turbomiser Geoclima Chiller and x2 new high efficiency 400kW Moorea condensing boilers into the existing rooftop plant.

Precision execution involving the shut-down of the bottom end of Flinders Lane and 120tonne Crane Lift to coordinate this building retrofit during a live hotel environment our team was able to restore chilled water to the property with services offline for less than 24hrs.
